At Maui Kuia Estate Chocolate, we take pride in our working cacao farm located in the stunning West Maui. Our Lahaina chocolate factory is devoted to making mouth-watering, sustainable and top-notch chocolate from start to finish. Our cacao is harvested, fermented and dried with the utmost attention and care to create a unique flavor profile that highlights the flavors of Maui. We believe in using traditional processes while leveraging modern technology to create a superior product.

From our cocoa farm, we bring the highest quality beans to our Lahaina chocolate factory where we craft each bar by hand. Our chocolatiers blend and temper our cacao to create a smooth, creamy texture before adding in the finest local ingredients. From coconut flakes to honey from nearby beekeepers, we strive to use only the freshest, Maui-grown ingredients for an added layer of flavor.

Our goal is to build strong relationships with our customers and to provide them with the highest quality, locally-made chocolate. We offer a variety of single origin bars as well as our signature Maui bar – a creamy blend of flavors that combines the unique tastes of Maui’s cacao beans with local ingredients.
