A farm-to-table eatery that only serves the freshest, locally grown products from Hawaii at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort. The Executive Chef Darren Demaya is in charge of preparation.
The food served is rustic, yet refined with a focus on highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. The majority of the produce is sourced from Oahu farms, with some items coming from the Big Island and Maui. The menu will change daily based on what is seasonally and locally available.

-Hana honey ice creamThe restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast menu features items such as eggs benedict with Maui onion jam and avocado, while lunch and dinner offerings range from ahi tuna tartare to a 16-ounce New York strip steak.
