Shim Coffee and Protea Farm Tour

We provide guided tours of our coffee, protea & botanical farm on Maui. Hawaii's Island offers a multitude of activities for tourists, one of which is our tour. If conditions permit, guests can pick the coffee beans and see the pulping process with Kula's "million dollar" view in sight. We also provide a delicious farm to table meal prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Our tours also feature an informative introduction to the history and culture of Maui, as well as opportunities for visitors to get creative with flower arranging or take part in hands-on activities like harvesting protea or making coffee from bean to cup. With the help of our knowledgeable guides, guests will gain an understanding of the importance of coffee and protea to our community, while creating lasting memories from their experience.
