Our method of cooking maintain the juiciness and flavor of the meat while significantly reducing its fat content. The native Hawaiian Kiawe wood produces an intense, even heat that enhances the taste of our beef.

Hy's specializes in preparing dishes tableside, classics such as Caesar Salad and Warm Spinach Salad included. In addition, many flambé items like Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee are also options patrons can enjoy while seated.
