Maui Brewing Company

Maui Brewing Company, founded in 2005 and known for its quality and innovation, is the largest craft brewery in Hawaii. MBC's production brewery as well as full-service restaurant and tasting room are located in Kihei on Maui. You can also find MBC restaurants in Lahaina (Maui), Kailua (Oahu), and Waikiki (Oahu).

MBC's flagship beer is the Coconut Porter, a silky porter with light coconut-ty notes and a chocolate finish. Other core beers include the Big Swell IPA, Bikini Blonde Lager, Pineapple Mana Wheat, and Pueo Pale Ale. MBC also has seasonal offerings throughout the year, such as the popular Imperial Coconut Porter, Kupuwai Farmhouse Ale, and Paia Passionfruit IPA.

MBC takes pride in its commitment to sustainability through its use of eco-friendly practices and locally sourced ingredients. The brewery has partnered with several local farmers and other Hawaii purveyors to provide fresh fruit and vegetables for its beers and food.
