Podmore is a new brunch and cocktail destination in historic Downtown Honolulu created by the duo behind Senia, Chef Anthony Rush and Katherine Nomura. Inspired by the beauty and history of the Joseph W. Podmore Building, the two set out to create a space where you can step away from the day-to-day.
By day, Podmore is a restaurant for brunch offering items with a touch of European influence. From small bites that offer quick gratification to grand dishes like the Full English Breakfast, brunch at Podmore is a delicious start to the day.
By night, Podmore is a cocktail lounge for those old enough to legally imbibe. Chef Rush combines talents with lead bartender Brett Adams and turns his eye to the beverage list. Cocktails are viewed through a culinary lens and presented creatively.
The food offered alongside the drinks are smaller dishes that are both elegant and approachable, allowing you to eat as little or as much as you would like.
You can simply graze or dine your way through the menu.
